How to set a default email address for unrouted emails in Plesk
This demo assumes you've already logged in to Plesk.
Now let's learn how to set a default or catch-all email address for unrouted emails.
Click Show More to expand the list of options for this domain.
Then click the Mail Settings option.
That was one way to get to this page...
Another way to get there is to click the Mail tab.
Then click the domain you wish to set the catchall address for.
You can either reject the mail back to the sender...
This is where you decide what to do with mail for non-existent users.
... or set a default or catch-all email address, which we'll do now.
That's it! Mail sent to non-existent users will now be forwarded to the address we just set.
If you have multiple domains for which you want to set the same default email address, select the domains...
... then click Mail for Non-Existent Users.
This is the end of the tutorial. You now know how to set a default or catch-all email address for domains in Plesk.
