Locate the file or folder you want to change the permissions for.
Click the drop down icon...
... then click Change Permissions.
You can choose to allow inheritable permissions from the parent to propagate to this object and all child objects... and/or replace permission entries on all child objects with the entries displayed here.
Select the group or username you want to change permissions for.
Then make whatever changes you want on the right, and click OK when finished.
That's it! The permissions have been changed for that folder.
Click the Advanced button.
